Lindsay Lohan is mentally prepared to move on with her life … because she finally completed her court-ordered psychotherapy sessions … TMZ has learned.

Lohan had been ordered to complete 18 sessions as part of her sentence in the jewelry theft case … and we’re told her last session finished up yesterday afternoon.

Sources connected with Lindsay tell us … the actress feels therapy has “made an impact” on her life … and she’s learned different techniques to help her handle difficult situations in the future.

Lohan is due back in court tomorrow … we’re told she’s hoping Judge Sautner will continue to be impressed with her progress … and not sidetracked with that whole maybe, maybe-not hit-n-run fiasco.

BOBBY BROWNARRESTED FOR DUI

2:52 PM PST – Law enforcement sources tell us … cops believe Brown was DRUNK at the time of his arrest.

Brown was booked for driving under the influence and for driving with the blood alcohol content of .08 or higher.

Bobby Brown has just been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Los Angeles … TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Bobby was pulled over in Reseda, CA at 12:20 PM PST for allegedly driving while talking on a cell phone.

We’re told 43-year-old Bobby is currently in custody in Van Nuys jail. It’s unclear what substance cops believe Brown had been using before he got behind the wheel.

Whitney Houston‘s ex-husband already has a DUI conviction on his record stemming from an arrest in Georgia in 1996. He eventually pled guilty to DUI and served 8 days in jail.

Brown has been back in the news ever since Whitney died in a Beverly Hills hotel room on February 11. Bobby was turned away from the death scene and left the funeral service early after a disagreement with Houston’s family.

2:38 PM PST – Sources tell us … Bobby has already bailed out of jail. 

1:54 PM PST – Sources close to the singer tell us … Bobby’s “people” are en route to the jail to bail him out.

CHRIS BROWN’S GFI’m Scared to DEATH ofRihanna’s Crazy Fans

Chris Brown’s GF is scared to leave her house without bodyguards by her side — and she’s telling friends, it’s all because Rihanna‘s crazy fans are threatening to kill her.

In case you missed it — there was a lot of speculation last week that Rihanna dissedKarrueche Tran on Twitter — posting a pic of a bag of rice cakes wearing sunglasses … with the caption, “Ima a make u my bitch.”

The joke — Karrueche’s Vietnamese … rice cakes … etc.

But several of Rihanna’s fans took the joke one step too far — unleashing an avalanche of violent threats on Karrueche … like “I hope Rihanna beat the dog shit outa yo ass!” … “Watch yo back” … and “I will kill you.”

Rihanna never admitted the rice cake jab was directed at Karrueche — but sources close to Karrueche tell TMZ, she now refuses to leave her house without Chris Brown’s hired muscle by her side.

As for Karrueche’s infamous BF — we’re told CB is 100% supportive of his new lady …despite getting close with Rihanna recently … and is urging her not to worry.

The real lesson here — don’t date Chris Brown.

Michael Jackson’s Kid They FAKED My Dad’s Voice on ‘Michael’ Album

Michael Jackson‘s daughter Paris made a bombshell announcement to friends … telling them the MJ album released in the wake of the singer’s death did NOT contain MJ’s actual voice … it was an imposter.

TMZ has learned … the announcement was made during an online video chat with several friends in 2010 … just before the “Michael” album was released, which contains several previously unreleased tracks allegedly performed by Michael Jackson.

The video chat was recorded … and Paris joked about the footage eventually “leaking” to the Internet.

Paris had made the announcement in the midst of rumors that MJ’s parts on the “Michael” album were REALLY performed by an MJ sound-alike named Jason Malachi … but both Jason and Sony denied the allegations.

During the video chat, Paris played one of the songs from the album, “Hold My Hand” … and one of her friends asks why the singer doesn’t sound like MJ.

Paris replied, “It’s NOT him … the whole album isn’t even him!! Go online … go on YouTube and look up Jason Malachi. That’s him!!”

She continues, “I should know if it’s him or not because he would sing to me all the time.”

TMZ has learned a recording of Paris’ video message is being shopped to various media outlets … and we’re told “Offers are on the table.”

Rick Ross Cops Investigating Murder at Rapper’s Florida Pad

Cops are looking to speak with rapper Rick Ross … after a 40-year-old man was shot to death in front of his Miami Gardens home this morning … TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us … Ross was NOT home at the time of the shooting and at this point in the investigation, he’s not considered a suspect.

We’re told cops found the victim laying inside a gate at the home.

Sources tell us … investigators don’t know if the victim has any connection to Ross, but since he is listed as the owner of the property, cops want to ask him a few questions about the situation.

So far, no comment from Rick’s camp.

Kim Kardashian Divorce Turns Ugly Reality TV On Trial

The Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries divorce has become a bitter fight, and we’ve learned Kris’ lawyer intends to put reality TV on trial … but that could blow up in his face.

Sources tell us … Kris and his lawyer, Lee Hutton, want to “expose the M.O. of reality TV” by proving Kim had no intention of staying married to him, but just wanted big ratings for her reality show.

Now here’s the irony. The duo wants to prove their point by asking the judge to allow TMZ and TV stations to broadcast the trial — something that the judge might find a tad hypocritical … not that we’re complaining.

TMZ broke the story … Kim filed for divorce on grounds of “irreconcilable differences.” Kris has countered that he wants the marriage annulled based on fraud.

Kris has a couple of problems with the fraud claim. First of all, he’s the one who proposed. Second, the publicity has made him famous and marketable and he’ll make millions more than he would have otherwise.

And another big point in Kim’s favor … We’ve learned the prenup is extremely long and complicated … accounting for what would happen years into the future. Why would she go through the time and trouble of having a long prenup if she planned on pulling the plug on the marriage within a few months?

Stupid Hoe Music Video by Nicki Minaj’s BANNED from BET

Don’t expect to catch Nicki Minaj‘s latest music video “Stupid H*e” on BET — We learned the network is REFUSING to air it.

News cast spoke with a rep for BET who wouldn’t specify exactly why the network has banned the video — simply saying BET will not be broadcasting it.

But sources at the company tell us, the ban was put in place because the video’s just too explicit for TV.

The song lyrics alone are bad enough — repeating the phrase “stupid h*e” dozens of times — but the video itself is damn raunchy too, showing several nearly naked female figures. Normally this is where we’d post the video … but in this case, just Google it.

It’s pretty great — especially if you like Nicki’s butt in a thong.

Soul Train – Don Cornelius Commits Suicide Earlier on Today

Don Cornelius — who famously created “Soul Train” was found dead in his Sherman Oaks, CA home this morning … and law enforcement sources tell us it appears he committed suicide.

We’re told cops discovered the body at around 4 AM PT. Law enforcement sources tell us … Cornelius died from a gunshot wound to the head and officials believe the wound was self-inflicted.

We’re told Cornelius was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

“Soul Train” changed the landscape of television when it debuted in 1971 and ran until 2006.

Officials have notified Don’s family.

Cornelius was 75.

During Don’s bitter divorce proceedings in 2009, he told an L.A. judge he was suffering from “significant health issues” and wanted to “finalize this divorce before I die.”

Cornelius was arrested in 2008 for beating up his wife. He pled no contest to misdemeanor domestic violence and was placed on 3 years probation. His probation just terminated.

The divorce was granted in 2010.

Sources close to Don tell us … the TV icon was plagued with health issues for years … including a stroke and a condition that required brain surgery.

– Shawn Holley — Don’s lawyer and good friend — tells news, “This is devastating news. Don was a kind, funny and brilliant man. Even though his many health battles had left him frail, he remained vibrant, courtly and always sharp as a tack.”

Seal’s Temper Leading Cause Of The Breakup?

Heidi Klum is divorcing Seal largely because she has had it with his volcanic temper …

Sources directly connected with the couple tell us … Heidi’s decision to divorce Seal has nothing to do with a third person. There is NO issue of infidelity.

But Seal’s inability to control his anger has become too much for Heidi to take, in no small part because it’s affecting their children.

TMZ broke the story that Heidi will divorce Seal, and we’ve learned this was not a snap decision. As one source said, “It was a long time in coming.”

We’re also told … their careers also played a part in Heidi’s decision. She has become a mega-entrepreneur and extremely rich, and that professional evolution has created a distance between them.

For his part, Seal has a new album coming out and he’s about to launch an international tour.

We’re told Heidi and Seal are still living under the same roof, but that will change very soon.

Heidi’s rep told PEOPLE that the couple was separating, but as TMZ first reported, Heidi wants a divorce. The couple says, “We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart.”

Heidi Klum To File for Divorce From Seal

Heidi Klum will file for divorce from Seal … TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … Heidi will file divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court as early as next week. We’re told Heidi will cite “irreconcilable differences” as the cause for the divorce.

The couple married May 10, 2005. They have 3 biological kids. Seal adopted Heidi’s eldest girl from a prior relationship.

The couple is famous for renewing their vows every year on their anniversary … in a lavish ceremony.

As for splitting up the goodies, there’s a lot on the line. According to Forbes, in the last year alone, Klum raked in $20 million. It’s unclear how much Seal made.

Heidi attended last Sunday’s Golden Globes without Seal. The last photo she tweeted with him was back on December 26.
